Intense straw yellow in color, it has a fairly consistent taste with very intense fruity hints.
The basic vines transmit their most salient organoleptic characteristics to white Lacryma Christi, so in white wines we find the freshness, flavor and aromas characteristic of Coda di Volpe.
La Nostra Anima is vinified 100% with Coda di Volpe grapes harvested on the slopes of Vesuvius and, after a short passage in heat-conditioned steel silos, is ready for aging in the bottle which can last up to 3 years.
This gives it a very intense and pleasantly alcoholic taste.
